In the Moshe Sharett 40 project in Tel Aviv as part of the Quarters Plan - District 4, 13 existing apartments are being demolished and 25 new units are being built in a variety of apartments.
A luxury residential project near Kikar Hamedin, in the old north of Tel-Aviv. In recent years, Sharet Street has become a sought-after urban residential area saturated with green nature. Within walking distance you can enjoy a variety of restaurants, shopping centers and cafes, green parks and also central sites such as Ha'ir Park, Rabin Square, Basel Complex and more. The central location of the project allows access to major transportation routes in the city and proximity to the light rail station.
In the project there are 25 new housing units of 3-4 rooms, garden apartments and penthouses. The residents of the building will benefit from rich technical specifications, regular parking and storage for each apartment.
There is no doubt that the Sharet 40 project will offer its residents the enjoyment of the quality of life in the old north and proximity to the vibrant heart of Tel Aviv.
